Taking a leaf from Chennette’s tree I decided to let Pearls Before Swine explain why I blog and the way I do it. Most people just don’t get it

Rat: Hey Goat, you writing your blog?
Goat: Go away Rat!
Rat: You know I like blogs…I really do…You know why?
Goat: Go away Rat!
Rat: Because they provide their frustrated creator with the delusional outlet of being a published author. Sort of like how the prison wardens let the psychotic inmates scribble “poetry” on the cell wall so he doesn’t beat his bunkmate with a toilet seat.
Goat: Perhaps he didn’t like the analogy.

I like Rat’s attacks on Goat and his blogging. Rat’s attacks on everyone, actually. The secret desire to be truthful disguised as mean mean mean
To be fair, Goat’s blog hasn’t impressed me much.

Comic strips have caused us to have an unrealistically high expectation from Goat, and goats in general. The truth is usually mean,mean,mean and that is why lying is so popular in politics. Who wants to be a mean, mean,mean politician
